2. Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're dissatisfied with any service, we will correct it within 3 days of your initial appointment. No refunds will be issued after services are rendered. Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 business days (excluding breakages), with free repairs available within this period.
3. Rescheduling and Health Conditions: Please reschedule your appointment if you have open cuts, sores, or contagious diseases. We reserve the right to refuse service for the safety of all clients.
4. Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please treat them as cash, as they cannot be redeemed if lost or stolen.
5. Children's Nail Services: Children under 10 years old must be supervised by an adult, and in case of any issues, we waive responsibility.

To keep your nails looking fabulous, we recommend scheduling nail enhancements or refills every 2-3 weeks. This not only maintains their appearance but also prevents lifting. Expect regular polish to chip or peel due to wear and tear, lasting about 3 days. Gel polishes can stay pristine for up to 2 weeks, though individual situations may influence this duration.
2. Regular Visits: Don't neglect your nail appointments! Visit your beloved nail technician every 2 to 3 weeks for a fill-in and treatment. Different people experience varied acrylic longevity, but experts suggest not exceeding three weeks without fill to relieve pressure from your natural nails and lower the risk of fungal infections.
3. Satisfaction and Aftercare: When you avail of our services, you're investing in the artist's expertise and quality products. Kindly note that we do not offer refunds on services or products. Should you have concerns within 48 hours of your appointment, contact us. If the issue is application or product-related, we'll provide a complimentary express touch-up. Concerns raised later than 48 hours after your appointment or arising from improper aftercare will be charged at full price.
4. Warranty Guidelines: For your peace of mind, we offer a five-day (5-day) guarantee on our treatments and products. To ensure this warranty is effective, avoid these circumstances:
• Have your nails serviced elsewhere.
• Exposing your nails to harsh chemicals without gloves.
• Intentional damage to artificial nails.
• Using non-recommended products for nail maintenance.
• Neglecting recommended home care or medical advice.
5. Addressing Complaints: If you encounter any issues with your treatment or product, please let us know as soon as possible, within 3 working days of discovery, through writing or a phone call. We are committed to providing an appropriate response within 3 working days. Should your complaint be substantiated, we will gladly perform the agreed-upon treatment again.
